As demand for complex, precision components continues to grow, it became clear that simply “working harder” wasn’t the right answer. Our customers needed us to invest, to adapt, and to build capabilities that would support both current programmes and future innovation.
That feedback has driven our investment program once again, by adding new production capabilities designed specifically to enhance precision, quality, and responsiveness.
First Installation: Sodick ALC400G EDM Technology
The first part of this expansion is the installation of a third Sodick ALC400G EDM wire, a world class piece of equipment recognised for its accuracy, repeatability, and reliability.
This investment enables us to:
• Machine complex geometries that are difficult or impossible with conventional methods
• Achieve exceptionally tight tolerances, critical in medical applications
• Improve process control and repeatability, supporting validation and compliance
• Increase in house capability, reducing lead times and reliance on subcontracting
For our customers, this means greater confidence, shorter delivery times, and consistent high-quality components produced under one roof.
