At Sheffield Precision, we are commited to nurturing the next generation of talents through our apprenticeship and training programme.
We recognize the importance of passing down the skills and experience accumulated by our team over the years to those just starting out. In collaboration with local colleges and the renowned Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC, home of McLaren, Rolls Royce, and Boeing), we offer rigorous and high-quality apprenticeships. Currently, apprentices in inspection, milling, turning, grinding, and EDM wire are at various stages of their three-year course, receiving hands-on training and mentorship to prepare them for a successful future in the industry.
